When couples enquire about wedding photography, one of the biggest questions is rarely asked out loud:
“What happens after we book?”
Understanding the process matters. It affects how relaxed you feel, how your day flows, and how much you trust the experience.
Here’s exactly how my wedding photography process works, from the first message through to gallery delivery.
Step One: The Enquiry (Clarity Over Pressure)
The enquiry stage isn’t about convincing you. It’s about alignment.
We talk about:• your date and location• your priorities• what kind of experience you want
This stage sets the tone. Clear communication now means fewer questions and less stress later.
Step Two: Booking & Pre-Wedding Planning
Once booked, you’re supported without being overwhelmed.
You’ll receive:• planning guidance• questionnaires that actually matter• timeline support if needed
The goal is simple. When your wedding day arrives, nothing feels unfamiliar.
You already know how this will flow.
Step Three: The Wedding Day Experience
On the day, my focus is on energy and movement.
I’ll guide you when it helps and step back when it doesn’t. I’ll encourage connection, laughter, and presence. I’ll remind you to breathe and enjoy what’s happening.
You won’t need to think about the camera. You’ll just live the day.
Step Four: Editing & Gallery Delivery
After your wedding, your gallery is curated to feel like a memory, not a checklist.
Each image is selected to tell the story as you experienced it. The quiet moments. The loud ones. Everything in between.
Your gallery is delivered ready to be relived, shared, and held onto for years.
Wedding Photography Across Bathurst, Central West NSW & Beyond

Because your wedding photos shouldn’t just show what happened. They should remind you how it felt.
