There’s something really special about stripping a wedding back to what actually matters.
No pressure.No overwhelming timelines.No expectations.
Just two people, choosing each other.
That’s exactly what The I Do Edit was created for.
On February 28th, Tegan and Daniel stepped into something a little different. Not a traditional wedding. Not a rushed registry moment either. Something intentional, relaxed, and honestly… really beautiful.
A space where they could be present, soak it in, and actually feel their day.
What is The I Do Edit?
The I Do Edit is my take on a modern elopement experience here in Bathurst and the Central West NSW.
It’s designed for couples who:
don’t want the stress of a big wedding
still want something meaningful and elevated
want beautiful photos without feeling like they’re “performing” all day
Everything is curated in a way that feels effortless, but still special.
Think:✨ a stunning setup✨ a calm, guided experience✨ space to actually be in the moment
The Vendors Behind The I Do Edit
One of the most special parts of this day was the team of incredible local vendors who brought everything together so seamlessly.
Every detail was intentional, while still allowing the day to feel relaxed and natural.
For Tegan and Daniel’s pop-up elopement, we worked with:
Venue: Clifton Woolshed
Hair & Makeup: Simone from The Pretty Palette by Simone
Florals: Eternity Bloom Co
Content Creation: Tayla from Adored Creative
Cake: Sweet Dreams Custom Cakes
Celebrant: Melanie Lawson
Photography & Video: Maddi Lee’s Photography
Having a team like this means couples don’t have to source everything themselves — it’s all thoughtfully curated and ready to go.
Tegan & Daniel’s Day
Tegan and Daniel brought such a grounded, easy energy to the day.
No nerves. No rush. Just excitement and a quiet kind of confidence in what they were doing.
The way they looked at each other…The little laughs in between moments…The way everything just flowed.
It’s the kind of day that reminds you why smaller, more intentional weddings are becoming so powerful.
Because you’re not caught up in everything else.
You’re just there.
Why Couples Are Choosing This Instead
More and more couples are realising:
👉 You don’t need a huge production to have a meaningful wedding👉 You don’t need to follow a traditional timeline👉 You don’t need to do anything that doesn’t feel like you
Elopements and intimate weddings give you space to:
slow down
be present
actually enjoy what’s happening
And honestly… your photos reflect that.
They feel real. Not staged. Not forced.
Just you.
A Pop-Up Experience (Or Something Custom)
Right now, The I Do Edit runs as a once-a-year pop-up elopement experience here in the Central West.
But if your vision is a little different, I can also help you create something custom that feels just as intentional and aligned with you.
Thinking About Your Own Elopement?
If you’ve been sitting on the idea of doing something a little different… this is your sign.
Whether it’s just the two of you or a small group of your favourite people, there are so many ways to make your day feel intentional and true to you.
And I’m here to guide you through all of it so it feels easy from start to finish.
