No travel costs anywhere across Central West NSW! (Locations beyond the region may incur a small travel fee)
How It All Goes Down
1. The Easy Bit, Let's Chat
Once you reach out, I'll check your date and we'll have a quick chat (whatever you'd prefer, email, text, call etc.) to make sure we're a good fit.
You deserve to feel completely comfortable with whoever's holding the camera on your wedding day. I'll be around for most of it after all! These photos will become your first family heirlooms, so finding someone you genuinely click with is pretty important.
2. Lets Lock It In
If it's a yes from both of us, I'll send through your booking form, contract, and invoice for the 25% non-refundable retainer.
Once that's sorted, your date is officially locked in and you can tick photographer off your wedding planning list. Yay! 🎉
3. Planning And All The Fun Stuff
From here, we stay in touch!!
I'll check in throughout the lead-up via email, messages, carrier pigeon... whatever works haha. We'll chat timelines, family photos, the flow of the day, and all the little details that make a big difference.
Then closer to the wedding we'll have a final catch-up to run through everything one last time so you can head into the day feeling excited, organised, supported and ready to go.
4. The Big Day
Your job is to soak it all in.
My job is to capture it.
Some parts of the day I'll be a fly on the wall documenting moments as they happen. Other parts I'll be fixing dresses, carrying flowers, rounding up family members, keeping things on time, and generally helping make the day run smoothly, cracking the whip whenever needed 😂
Basically, I'll be third-wheeling your wedding all day, but in a helpful way.
5. The Best Bit
No waiting months and months for your photos around here.
I'll get straight into editing and your full wedding gallery will land in your inbox within 7 days, so you can relive the whole day while it's still fresh.
If you've added video coverage, you'll receive your teaser film a few days after the wedding, followed by your full wedding film within 3 weeks.
